Rotary Winners

The students of St Peter’s International school Kodaikanal won the recently concluded Inter school competitions held by the Rotary Club (Kodaikanal chapter) wherein many of the schools from Kodaikanal participated. The competitions were held in various disciplines such as Elocutions Essay Dance, Music, Art and Quiz. We are very proud of our stars wish them success in their future endeavors.

National Level Word’sworth Spelling Bee Contest !

We are joyous to share that two of our students – Samanthea Joey (Grade IV) and Nikishaasini (Grade V) participated in the National Level Word’sworth Spelling Bee contest and qualified, Nikishaasini stood 10th.

They both are now qualified for the International level competition which will happen soon.

We congratulate the students, their teachers and parents for their effort and interest put towards this. We wish them best as they climb up the ladder of success.

At Peter’s, we aim to identify and nurture the skills of our students. This was indeed a proud moment for the Peters family.

Inter-house Chess Competition !

“Check, check… Checkmate!” “Woah, what a strike!” were phrases echoing at St. Peter’s indoor stadium on a warm Saturday afternoon. Our school’s Inter-House Carrom and Chess Competition was conducted under various categories.

Choir Practice Resumes !

Peter’s boasts of it’s rich music culture. Today the School Choir resumed practice for this academic year. The School Choir not only performs every morning at the school assembly, they also perform in church services, rotary meetings and singing competitions. We can’t wait to hear their sweet melody.

Environmental walk to create awareness

RALLY

“Go green, Clean and Green”

The students of St.Peter’s were privileged to take part in a rally to make Kodaikanal Clean and Green . Tag line – ” Clean Kodai Green Kodai” on 09.09.2017 (Saturday) which was organized by Rotary club of Kodaikanal. The rally was presided by the District Collector of Dindigul Dr. T. G. Vinay and Rotary President Mr.Rohan Sam Babu.
Around 700 students took part in the rally in which 350 were peterites accompanied by teachers. The starting point of the rally was from Kalaiarangam which ended at the Moonjikkal junction which was around 4 kms. The participants of the rally educated the public in keeping the city clean by holding hoardings in their hands and by distributing pamphlets.
At the end of the program, Mr.Rohan Sambabu gave a speech about keeping the city clean and the changes required in the society.
