IGCSE students Grade 10

Our school has four houses named after each season; Summer, Spring, Autumn and Winter. The house which conducted the basketball tournament held on 7th July, 2016 was Autumn house.

Students belonging to all the four houses participated and each house had to compete against each other. This brought out the competitive spirit in us all!

There were a lot of spectators cheering on their houses since it is exciting to watch friends play and compete against each other. The stadium was noisy but fantastic. The atmosphere was electric with the cheers of the students and the enthusiasm of the participants.

The school management had organized the tournament and the participants were duly briefed about the rules of the game.

We witnessed good sportsmanship by all the players which was the best part of the evening.

We finally came to the most anticipated part of the day which was announcement of the results. The tournament had ended with Summer house clinching first place, followed by Autumn house, Winter house and Spring house respectively.

The games were exhilarating and everybody thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It represented what we learn at Peter’s, which is participating is more important than winning or losing. And the spirit of true sportsmanship!

Congratulations to all the four houses for a brilliant game with good team spirit!
