Peterites learn to discipline themselves within a certain degree of freedom that’s given. Harmful, unpleasant and anti-communal habits are cropped away through personal counseling sessions by Experienced teachers cum Counselors and the Chaplain. Expert Advisors are invited from various fields to rationalize our teenaged students and morally instruct them towards the attainment of self respect and a personally – disciplined life style. By following the Christian way of drawing Children closer to God, we trust in improving their ‘Mind-Spirit’ stability.
However, those who affect the reputation or welfare of the school or bifurcate the Socio-Communal rules despite repeated counseling and warning, will be liable to penalization or expulsion. The Disciplinary Committee of the School holds all rights to decide upon such matters and take any action.

St. Peter’s staff comprises of a team of highly competent, qualified and skilled teachers from various places. Most of them reside in the School premises, facilitating guidance and personal care to students, around the clock. Supervising the evening study-hours is also done by the resident-staff. The management emphasizes on the strategy that there be good ‘Teacher – Student’ and ‘Teacher-Parent’ relationships.
